i work there and could use some hints

Practice makes perfect...honestly what you learn in class is the ideal situation so when your on the floor taking calls it won't go as smoothly anyway. The longer your there the more familiar you will be with the job.

I've been there for three years now and it's really not as hard as when I first started.
