Do you cook food at McDonalds? Do you have a computer screen that tells you what food to cook?

I mean; if I ask for any sandwich, I ALWAYS say "no cheese." So what do I get - cheese, cheese, and cheese!!

I ask for a bagel, with STEAK, no cheese. I get bacon and egg, and cheese!!

Give me a break!!

Yes, the screen will say how you want the sandwich cooked.  It sounds like your McDonalds employees are not reading the screen or paying attention to you.  On behalf of Ray Kroc, I apologize.

I've also gotten a bacon egg and cheese bagel after I've asked for the steak one.  I assumed the cashier just heard me wrong.  Ever since, I pause after saying "steak." just to clarify.  They've always gotten it right since.

Hmm your correct sand which was probably made right, but the runner gave you the wrong one. Look on the receipt after you order- it will show if it was wrong up no cheese or not- if it was and they still put cheese on it, go and complain. If it wasn't, tell the cashier right away. See even though there is a screen that shows what food to cook, people clear away the screen as quick as they can to keep times low, so they might have made a mistake.
