  1. no i ddob not work at old navy because they smell

  2. Hey there, I'm 26 yrs old, I've worked at O.N. for 4 years now.  The work environment is actually really fun. A lot of high school kids and college students make up the majority of the employees, which makes it a great group to work with and you'll make friends and look forward to going to work.

Being on the customer service team means you'll be a cashier, be assigned to the fitting room, put clothes away from the fitting room, or recover an area of the sales floor (recover = fold).

If it's possible you're joining the logistics team, that means you're responsible for putting away shipment, setting displays, moving merchandise, and doing markdowns. I've worked on both teams and they are both a lot of fun.

You will be asked to get customers to sign up for the store credit card - the Old Navy Card (ONC)... it is a HUGE part of the business, so be prepared to hear about the ONC every day, day after day... the ONC goal is often more important than the sales goal.

Starting wage is usually right around min. wage.  You shouldnt expect more than $8 to start out, but if you apply, put down $8.50 on the app. and see what happens... wages depend on location/cost of living, your previous experience, and possibly your level of education.
