    I used to be overweight and I am now normal weight though not still thin.

    I am 5 feet 6 inches tall , I weigh 140 pounds and wear a size 10.

    I count calories, avoid sodas, chips and chocolates.

    I workout around 4 - 6 hrs a week.

    I am unhappy with the way I look tho. I am starting a new diet on monday. Not really a "diet" but a different way of eating. I will eat 4 small meals a day, cut out pop and any other sugary drink. Try to drink at least 64 ounces of water a day. I forget exactly what the number is, but something like over 85% of Americans do NOT drink even half of that.

    Water is SO important. Simply taking your water intake up can greatly improve your mental AND physical health.

    It cleans out your system, and more importantly it transports much needed nutrients to the body. Start increasing your water intake by at least doubling what you currently drink - and just watch how quickly you start to feel better all around. This is VERY important to increase your water intake - and keep it up!

    This is a VERY underrated, maybe one of the most underrated, aspects to both looking and more importantly, feeling great.

    Limit your carbohydrates intake when trying to lose weight. Try to eat at least half the amount of your body weight in protein (in grams) a day. This will be effective in helping fill you up and build a toned muscle build.

    Day 1

    Meal #1: Flavored Oatmeal

    Meal #2: Tuna Salad

    Meal #3: Sandwich (any type)

    Meal #4: Scrambled Eggs Meal

  5. I workout at least 5 days a week, sometimes 6/7 and sometimes twice. Depends on my motivation but I always do at least 5 days of good exercise. I can pretty much eat what I want but wouldn't be able to if I didn't exercise.

    I maintain my weight at 115lbs 5'5

  6. mostly...its whats you DON'T do thats helpful....don't drink beer/vodka, don't eat junk food, don't over eat, don't forget exercise though...being active is important.

  10. I run everyday for 20-30 minutes (approximately 2 miles).

    Although I haven't lost any weight so I guess it doesn't matter if I run or not because I'm skinny. But running does make you feel better physically and mentally.
