Do you work in the Philippines Embassy in Madrid, or even in the Phil Embassy in a different country?

I am currently in my junior year of college in an American university. I am looking for an internship abroad, specifically in Spain. I have found some museums that hire interns every year, but I am also interested in working for the Philippines Embassy. I am Filipino, and I was born and raised in Las Islas Filipinas. I can speak English and Tagalog (native tongue of Filipinos) fluently and with eloquence. I also have the ability to speak Spanish, but limited (just conversational Spanish though I can adapt and learn very quickly).

Question is, if you work in the Philippines Embassy in Madrid, do you hire interns? If yes, please provide contact information where I can submit my CV and other requirements. If you work in the Philippines Embassy in a different country, but US, Canada, and the Philippines, let me know which country and city and if you hire interns during the year.

Thanks for this and I greatly appreciate your help.
