  9. Okay, I'M OLD and I WORK, but here are my answers:

    1. Do you work out?

       - Yes, but not in a gym.  I walk 3-5 miles a day around the ranch, lifting feed-bags, hay-bales, and firewood.

    2. What sports do you do?

       - Mostly riding one of the horses... lots of ball and frisbee with the dogs, and some swimming in the pond if the weather is right.

    3. Do you/ have you played any high school sports?

       - I ran cross-country and track and was also on swim-team.

    4. Do you run?

       - Not too often... lots of walking though. Up and down the hills.

    5. If so how far?

       - Again... 3-5 miles a day

    6. Do you lift weights?

       - Not in a gym sense

    7. How much do you lift? What do you lift?

       - 50 pound bags of feed, 100 pound hogs. Goofy 70 lb dogs

    8. Can you do a handstand?

       - Yes, I can still do that.

    9. Can you do a flip? back-flip?

       - Yes, but I'm old and don't do it often

    10. How old are you?

       - 45 years old

    11. How old were you when you were in the best shape?

       - I'd say 23 when I graduated from Navy Rescue Swimmer school.  We ran 3-5 miles, swam for HOURS, and did endless calisthenics each day for a month.
