  9. all the time its a real fault of mine my family go nuts at me i wish i didn't but i do i would love to take each day as it comes but i get more anxious if i don't plan for every eventuality its not a good thing !!!

  13. I do this, as well as many others do. It helps you with a since of security. It helps you maintain a since of balance on what you are to do and what you have done. One kay to life is balance and having this helps keep you focused, and in line. If others judge you based on this they surly don't know who you are. Many people worry about things that haven't happened, this does not mean you are crazy. Or odd in anyway, this can also be very helpful in everyday life, and prevent you from doing or letting others do things that could hurt them or you. Such as, planning ahead b/c your worried about traffic, or future events that could effect the outcome of something else. In many cases worrying is a simple way to relieve stress, why not help you and the others around you by being the smarter one the one who looks ahead theres nothing at all wrong with that. On the flip side worrying to much can hurt relationships, and your stress level, don't worry so much that it affects who you are, just be you follow your instinct and you heart. Be calm and yet assertive, about what you worry about, take care and i hope this helped you. BYE!
