Question:

Do you worry about your debt too much?

I'm in a ton of debt and I don't know if I will be able to pay all of it due to unfortunate circumstances. I know my credit will suffer. I consume a lot of time worrying about it when I'm doing all I can. Am I the only one this way?

  1. that's my story and yes i worry alllllllll the time.. my Dr. even put me on Xanax because i was stressing sooooooooo much lol

look sweetie you have enough to worry about don't add stress to your life and worry if your the only one worrying about worrying ok? hmmmmmm think i got that right lol

enjoy life now cause it wont be here later

  2. I personally try not to worry about it. I know that there's nothing I can do about it. I am about $14,000 in debt. I can't buy a house or car or get a loan. But I know stress will do more damage to me than debt will.

  3. No, you are not. Many people worry needlessly about something as trivial as consumer debt.

What is the worst your creditors can do to you? Concentrate about the things that your creditors cannot do to you.

They cannot harass you. They cannot threaten you. Familiarize yourself with the FDCPA.  Some states are very generous in what assets creditors cannot touch. And, if worst comes to worse you can always file for bankruptcy and start all over again.

Been there, done that sans bankruptcy.

    Now get some rest!

  4. Put all your accounts on a spread sheet and it will be easier to look at and control.
