Seems that many countries do not do anything in schools eg, with puils, soldiers etc - I ask this question because I tried to help last week in a very nasty road accident ( 3 casualties ) somewhere in Europe - and was really shocked by the poor level of individuals' reactions facing the situation - probably two people lost life because of ignorance of basic rules - your opinion welcome -

  1. Well, it's the same here in Malaysia, in fact, the most fearful thing is that people will crowd around and become a busybody instead of a helper...

  2. I was raised as a boy scout and a life guard. I don't think when there is a situation that is life-threatening, I act. I don't understand others need to watch/interfere when someone is in need, maybe to give them some kind of distraction from there daily grind. The best help anyone can do is to stay out of the way if they don't know what to do and help anyone that does, following their instructions. In this day in age, simple life saving training can be learned over the Internet, and if you want to go further, courses are available to anyone.

  3. Not to my knowledge........:-).

  4. Today alot of people just dont care and many do not follow the rules of the road, they are just interested in themselves and that's it.
