Question:

Do young talented aspiring fighters need to join the gym and pay fees like everyone else? How does it work?

I doubt it... right? If a trainer sees he has a talented, commited athlete in his hands, does he require that person do the same **** everyone else does, and pay the $100 bucks a month, and buy all the equipment and all that ****? It can't work like that right, or theyre'd be a lot less talented fighters i'd think.

  1. well the more well known and well off you get the easier it is, the top fighters would get their training for free from sponsors, but more than likely they had to work hard to get there, nothing is put on the plate for you unless your lucky


  2. It all depends on your location and what the trainer is like. I know of people who have worked with trainers and they pay them a fixed rate and perhaps a little extra for the guest entry to use the facilities. You dont have to be a member of a gym. He would probably ask you to buy your own gloves, but some trainers give you a few old ones if you cant afford them and also will give you a punchbag if you show a keen intrest.
