  1. 1> from the perspective of the computers....hopefully not.  If they do none will work.

    2> from the perspective of Internet traffic (WAN)...yes, but the router straightens all that out for you.

  3. Yes. IP= Internet Provider. i.e. yr wireless is recognised as an individual nomatter what computer it is connected to.

    On the internet: yes.

    I think you need to work with ports to make one's address unique.

  5. On the WAN side, yes.  There is only one IP assigned to the router from the ISP.  On the LAN side there should be multiple IP addresses issued from the router to the devices that are connected.  They cannot have the same one or the router would not know which to communicte the data to.

  7. ir depends on a lot of things. there are internal IP's masks and all sorts of things.
