Depending on how old you are, it could be puberty, or unless you could be pregnant. There are cases though that once you are sexually active that arousal or hormones (chemical imbalance) can increase your breast size, but I don't know how often that is.

however, if you've started using the pill since you've been after, i'd say that the hormones in the pill caused your chest size to go up.

Probably not, considering the fact that your b***s mostly grow because of fat. so unless you get fatter from masterbating, or having s*x, then no, your b***s do not get bigger from these things.
