  1. I'm in the same boat you are.  It's frustrating because I honestly don't know if it's just PMS, or early pregnancy symptoms.  I guess both of us will just have to wait it out.  Good luck!

  2. My bbs were sore (never big) before AF comes. They were a size bigger & sore last week & I tested positive on Sat.

  3. My b*****s will get sore before my period arrives, but i never noticed them being swollen.

  4. Yes they absolutely do.. and I have also had a miscarriage but don't know if that's related.

The most common type of breast pain is related to our hormones during a monthly cycle. Stimulated by the estrogen and progesterone during the second half of the cycle, the b*****s swell and become more lumpy and tender. Then with a period, while the uterus sloughs off its lining, the b*****s reabsorb the extra fluid instead of discharging it. At different times, often in the years before menopause, the hormones are a bit off balance and the b*****s suffer more tenderness. Many women can identify when they ovulate by the sensations in their breast or nipples. For some women this may mean too little or too much estrogen, for others too little progesterone. This type of cyclic breast pain occurs in both b*****s, sometimes more one-sided than another. It is often felt more in the lateral aspect where there is more breast tissue. It may differ from month to month but always gets worse before a period and then lets up with menstruation.

  5. yeahh, my b*****s get very sore and swollen when im on my period, but it can also be a sign of pregnancy so to be sure i would get a pregnancy test.
