Do your dreams usually come true?

I had a dream last night and i never can remember my dream but i did this time. Do you think they come true?

The thing is that i can never remember my dreams well i remembered last nights, I found out we were pregnant and having a girl, and my husband flipped out cause he wanted a boy... what about this is it signs or ?

then she woke me up and was right there haha

No, most of my dreams that I remember never come true, I've had deja vu (spelling?) MANY times, though...
