Actually both your ears and nose never stop growing due to the fact that the cartilage is one of the only tissues that grows as people age.

No, growth requires an active metabolism, your cells die and stop metabolizing.  Nothing - including hair, nails, and ears continue to grow once you die.  Though, it's been proposed that drying skin can make these things *appear* to grow, but it's an illusion.
