No as far as i think so it doesnt change. Let me tell you why this is because you can see some people give their eyes away when they die and i dont think that the people who recieve these donations have different eye colors. Tell you what i have heard that after you die the eyes are still alive for 3 days and they can see but as the brain had died away they dont really have any messages being recieved by them. Eyes might be changed like they might decay away or finish out as they dont have the blood supply they need but as far as the color is consuled i dun really think it changes away.

Im in the medical field, and I have seen many fresh past souls. Their eyes tend to lose the glassy clear apperance and tend to look a little more foggy or slightly hazed.

they become pale and gloss over because the cells that give color to your eyes die. It's different for hair. Hair stays the same color because the cells in your hair are always dead. : )
