I used to do these calls when I was elementary school (45 years ago) I was trying to explain to my spouse the goofy antics we did, can you help me recall the phony phone calls

well i never did prank phone calls but i would order like $100 worth of chines food and have it delivered to the house across the street from mine so i could watch them argue with each other

One of my buddies at school had a phone number that was a digit different than one of the local pizza places.  People wouldn't listen to him when he tried to explain it.  So he just started taking their orders.  He'd even say "There's a special today on anchovies.  Free anchovies and black olives."  He did NOT forward any of these orders to the pizza place.

When someone yells *duck!!* that means they're helping you...but when they yell *chicken* they're insulting you...why is that? lol

call someone random up and ask "is there a John there?" then wait. when you get a "no", then say "then how do you go to the bathroom?!" and hang up. i know. its LAME!! but its still a phone call

but here's the ultimate prank call: get 2 phones. have each one call a different pizza place. then put the ear piece to the corrosponding mouth piece. but listen in.
