Do your knees feel like their going to give out after you've run?

I run almost 3 miles every other day; and while they don't hurt, my knees feel like their going to give out on me when I walk. Is this a sign of a more serious problem?

h**l just getting out of bed makes my knees hurt of course i have had surgery on both of them . does that count lol

that's what running does if u run every day. Skip every other day or run less milage

It's possible. However, you should just take an extra day or two off and see if there's any difference. If it's the same, you might want to consider paying your doctor a visit and asking him about it.

only when ive ran after not running for about two weeks or longer

if they hurt all the time, i would get it checked up just to be safe
