yes your nipples get sensitive you'll find that they will get bigger too

But geez, my b***s were so sore. Was one of the first signs, along with what felt like menstral cramps (it turned out to be my uterus growing).

yes, it is an early sign of pregnancy- my nipples were very sensitive when i first found out i was pregnant!

mine are still like that and i'm 32weeks pregnant.

the worst is when a cold breeze hits them through your clothing - holy smokes that hurts!!

Yes my were...even just with my top rubbing against them! That was around 4 weeks pregnant.

Hi there yes sensitive nipples can be a sign of early pregnancy but can also be a sign that you are about to take your period. With both of my pregnancies i had sore nipples it even hurt to put on or take off my bra, i also took very sore heads and was sick quite a lot as well. But every pregnancy is different.

OH yeah. Mine have stayed sensitive I am now 25 weeks and they still are sensitive. Oh I hate it. Also in the first few weeks and the first month your whole breast hurt a lot. Mine hurt like never before.

yes they cn get sore however they can also get sore in a normal menstrual cycle, just because it hasnt happened before doesn't mean it cant be a part of your menstrual cycle every now and then, probably what you didnt want to hear but honesty is always the best policy. good luck with the test!
