  1. I wish, but no, my dad had some sort of fantesy that Money doesn't grow on trees. Food/housing and necessary clothes were provided but extra's use your allowence or get a job. How mean was it that he thought we kids should learn the value of a dollar and be responsible. LOL...No, we had what we needed but if it was extra stuff we wanted, we had to earn it. Hard lesson in life but I will never again by designer jeans and I do know the value of a dollar these days.

  2. my mother says I'm old enough to buy things myself i do get a 20$ allowance and if she does buy me something i have to pay her back =[

  3. My dad always has spoiled me rotten, but I never let it make me feel like I was entitled to what he gave me, or take advantage of him to get whatever I want. We were never rich, but Dad would go without lots of stuff all the time to make sure I had whatever I needed. Knowing how hard he had to work and how hard the money came always made me very grateful and humble about it. I thought about asking him not to give me so much stuff, but when I saw how happy it made him to be able to give special things to me, I couldn't refuse.

  4. my mom ...no... you already know that.

my dad ...when he had the available funds he'll do anything for me

    love you babe
