In pokemon dimond/pearl when you catch a pokemon in pal park does its evs get reset to 0?

  2. no they are the same as when they were in the advance cartdrige

  3. Absolutely nothing about the pokemon changes when it's transferred by Pal Park. That includes level, gender, shinyness, and yes, EVs.
