Do your political views differ those of your parent's?

I'm very liberal.

My dad leans more towards the conservative side and well my mom isnt into politics..hah.

  6. They used to. I used to be very conservative, a real republican. My parents were both Dems. Once I started college and began to learn more about the world, not just from university studies, but real living as well,  I became a Dem. I think when we're younger we tend to rebel against our parents, as we grow older we become more like them , "whether we like it or not" hahahaha

    we have different stances on religion though.

    My mother is a Democrat, as I used to be.  However, she's coming around as I am convincing her that the democrat party isn't her family values, "working man's" party of FDR anymore, but rather, the party of the "freak".

    She's at least going to vote for McCain.

  10. Yes we live in the UK and my mum and dad are in favor of labour whereas i am in full support of the conservitive party, its ok to have different veiws than your parents
