  1. They dilate and constrict as a result of light.


  2. If you move your body into a dark room they do.

    Otherwise, no, body movement doesn't dilate the eyes.  Arousal, excitement, drugs, darkness - these all can, though.

  3. No, your pupils react to light not movement
