k theres these to kids who broke into this mans car and the man quickly ran out of his house to go catch the to kids..as he was driving he accidentally it one of the suspect and the kid died.. so now the man is being charged of murder.....

i think its wrong that hes go in to jail.. nd the other suspect is living his life free..and did i also say the suspects was in a gang

well i definitely think the man deserves to go to jail for killing the kid. if he didn't kill the kid, he might've caught those kids and assaulted them which is a crime anyway.

though the kid who got away scot-free should get charged with something too
