  1. Yes, not only is it possible, it is very popular.  In fact, you will find lots of houseboats docked at marinas, boating clubs, and Parks Dept, Docks spread throughout the islands' lagoons and canals.

    Lots of live aboards move their vessels in there during the season, and stay there until the winter closing. Cool huh...
