  1. Its a great place to live.  Canary Wharf is good for night life, shopping, cinema, etc.  The sailing centre for water sports.  The mudchute farm and park for outdoor space.  Tower Hamlets council are awful.  Rents are high (eg £300 per week).  Some places around the Isle of Dogs are a bit "dodgy" - crime no worse than anywhere else in London. Schools are good (check ofsted for reports).  Anything else you need to know just ask!

  2. Well, it's meant to be the only safe place left in England in '28 Weeks Later'. Seriously though, take the bloke above's advice.

  3. Docklands or Isle of Dogs?  What do you plan on doing - buy a place there?

Try the local councils - they should be contactable on line - and they should be able to answer all of your questions.

Wow, if you are trying to buy in Docklands, you must be rich!

  5. good area, very expensive though!

nightlife is usually good, not too many parks that i know of, good schools generally a good area, not much crime.
