okay so if your parents make you go to the docter to get checked to see if youve had s*x, and the docter can tell youve had s*x could he tell your parents or is that between you and the docter?

You can tell him to not tell your parents because you are the patient, not your parents.  If you are having s*x though, you parents probably already know or they will soon know.

It depends how old you are. You being a minor, I'm thinking that they have a right to see the information but I'm not 100% sure. Google it.

Most of the time it is confidential...If you are under age though (under 16) then they can tell if they like.
