BUN 20, CRE 1.7 (H) GFR (MDRD) 45 (A) Chronic Renal Failure. I do have consistent with small stones approximately 5mm diameter each in both kidneys similar findings of the lower pole approximately 5x7 mm. no definite hydronephrosis is noted.
