doctors have to renew their license, is it every 10 years they have to renew it? or how many? how many years before thye need to renew their license

  1. The other poster is correct. It is usually once per year but can be every two years. The frequency of renewal will depend on the laws of the state the doctor is licensed in. You can bring upo the website of the medical board in that state and it will have all the gritty details as to how the license is renewed.


  2. Usually about every 2 years.  You must pay a fee and have taken continuing education credits.
