I went to my normal doctor and they gave me a complete checkup and said I had no stomach problems just that I need to eat more fiber and have more bowel movements but I always feel as if it was 1 percent either a little pain(like tenderness) you almost couldn't feel. Maybe it's because I am worrying too much. I have a good appetiteand am active. I have regular periods and am twelve years old.

  1. after a complete check-up & diagnosis, you should be satisfied - yes, you are definitely worrying too much, especially when you are otherwise healthy.

have you given the fiber diet a try yet? sometimes one is hyper -- one wants to be diagnosed with some big ailment or wants the doctor to prescribe a lot of medication to feel satisfied; a simple change in diet is so "passe" & uncool ;-)

start eating a lot of raw fruits & vegetables & whole grains & pulses & nuts. reduce your intake of processed foods & increase natural fruits, etc. in your diet.

when your bowel movements become normal, any little pain  ache will go away automatically.

    hope this helps

    all the best.
