Is it ok to accept these substitutions in high blood pressure medicine?

I was on metoprolol succinate 95mg and amlodipine mesilate 5mg and now I have been given by a different doctor (ob gyn) metoprolol tartrate 100mg and amlodipine camsylate 5mg.

  1. In this case, yes, you're getting the same medication as a different salt. The function of the medication will be approximately the same.
