Doctors please help its an emergency.!?

Okay im 13 years old. I have alot of abdominal pan right by the belly button. When i was 8 i was vomiting blood and they though i had stomach ulcers so i went on nexium and in a few years the pain subsided. A few months ago it got very bad again where i would be shaking in pain. So i went on nexium again and iv been on it for a few months but everything is still the same and im in pain all the time and worse at times. Driving makes it alot worse. I also have strep throat and went on antibiotics but it doesnt hurt and the doc aid im just a carrier and it should be bothing me. The pain isnt like a needle its hard to explain but it just feels like a normal stoamch ach but worse. yes i have gotten tons of tests and they still dont know whats wrong. im not lactos i dont have celiac.... I also get full very fast and right now im not eating much cause of the pain.what could i have??
