when i was cleaning my p***s part of it ripped, this is a part of puberty isn't it?

The next day i looked at it and it had not sperm/s***n but puss coming off the rip. it took me a wile to find out where it was coming from cuz the entire top of my p***s was covered in it. What is it and how do I fix it. Just so u know I am a 13 year old and never had s*x.
