  1. carbs such as pasta, bread, oatmeal, another great thing is chocolate milk because it has a great mix of protein and carbs which will give you energy but won't weigh you down, and make sure to get lots of water

  2. Anything with carbs and protein. Your body needs carbs. They give you a nice boost of energy. Try eating some nuts or anything really packed with protein. Pasta is really good for carbs as well. Just remember to eat them if your going to work out. If you don't, your body will store it as fat.

  3. You are probably dehydrated.   Drink more.

Go to bed ealrier and don't watch TV for the half hour before you sleep.

Then you can take all th enutirents and sugars on board the next day and do more with them.

You can't replace water or sleep for long

  4. porridge - releases slow amounts of enerygy for a long perioud of time

  5. well heres what you need to do: at school or whatever don't eat junk foods no cookies or chips or anything eat healthy. It's proven that the more junk food you eat the more tired you are. Also everynight get at least 6-8 hours of sleep (depending on your age), you could also drink an energy drink or something (but that gets you pumped for a little while and then your even more tired). So your best bet is to eat really healthy and get a good nights rest every night. Go to bed early.

  6. pasta is supposed to keep you going but maybe you need more sleep than food.

  7. carbohydrates (pasta, bread, cereal), and drinking plenty of water
