Doctors that work in Clinics.....?

What kind of Doctors are they?...

The ones that work with the towns people on common things such as swollen glans, or take swab tests for strep... ect.

  1. They are called general practitioner (GP) and are also knon as family physicins. They have particular skills in treating people with multiple health issues and comorbidities.

    The term general practitioner is common in Ireland, the United Kingdom, some other Commonwealth countries, and Bulgaria. In the English-speaking countries the word. medical practitioner is largely reserved for certain other types of medical specialists, notably in internal medicine.

    I Know this as that's my fathers occupation :)

  3. Medical doctors (MD).  Usually they are general practitioners or family doctors.  Sometimes they'll staff clinics with nurse practitioners who are not medical doctors, but they are qualified to diagnose and treat common ailments and refer more serious conditions to a doctor or hospital.

    There are many types of Physicians in clinics..

    Usually they are Internal Medicine or General Practice Physicians

    then there are EENT which is Eyes, Ears, Nose and Throat..

    GYNO's Obviously they do not do this though

  8. Well depending on what type of clinic you are talking about....(free clinic are mostly pro bono) others are all real docs or prn's that get paid by you. hope this helps
