Doctors?!?? whats the importance of a shot??

im moving to Belgium in the mext 2 months and i have to get a shot or something. the needle is going in my vein to drain blood. What can you tell from this shot? please tell me everything that you can tell from the shot =\ (its in 5 hours that ill be getting the shot)

Umm im not a doc, but it sounds like their getting a blood sample. this way they can check if you have any diseases that you may carry. they MIGHT use it to compare ur blood now to when u get back if u get sick(thats a guess). but if u need it to travel, why worry about it? shots suck but they're not THAT bad.
