Documents attestation LUCKNOW HRD / SAUDI?

Hello Frnds,

I am a 2001 passout form bundelkhand university , jhansi. Now i need to get my degree attested from Saudi embassy but before doing that i need to get HRD attestation form Lucknow. CAn anyone guide me whats the procedure and timing and on what days attestation is done in Lucknow???

As i dont have much time i need to fly back to saudi very soon.

I would appreciate if someone can tell me :

=>On what days documents are collected at Lucknow Mantralaya ? Timing ?

=> When are the doucments returned back ?

=> Whats next ?? is MEA / MOE required ??

=> How long does saudi embassy takes to attest the documents.

Any additional helpful info would also be of great help thanks
