Dodge caravan window problem.?

Question

Have a 2003 dodge caravan driver side window is giveing me some problems. When i put it down it at times does not want to come up,

and when it's up it does not want to come down. it is a automatic.

motor and regulator, they come together for the caravans as an assembly
