Dodge chargers or ford mustangs?

do you think they're a decent first car? or do you think a mustangs better?

ah the charger if your getting a old classic one (in the 70's) it makes a good muscle car nice sound ,nice engine ,nice look i mean what's better than american muscle... the ford mustang it's a very nice car i have one myself an 03 cobra supercharged v8. mustang has been around for a long time. they're both stunning cars they both make good starter cars especially the modern charger not as strong as the old one but handling is good enough so is the mustangs they're both strong hey make different types too

MUSTANG: saleen,cobra,gt,boss,fastback,and eleanor

CHARGER: all i can think of is a hemi charger

p.s. don't get carried away with these cars now both are beautiful i can't pick so ask others for details then you pick.

Im a dodge charger guy, i own a69'

but as for the new vehicles, the new charger is "faster" than its muscle era counter part, can come with a hemi, and has four doors but still looks pretty mean-

the mustang can be a bad *** but with money anything can, go with what you like you must be well off if one of those is your first car-

Depends. Do you like 4 doors or 2? Whatever you do, don't get the junky 2.7L V6 in a Charger. Personally I'd go with the Mustang. More tried and true, and best of all, not a Dodge!

i think u better go with the newer versions and if u are a family with childs i prefer u chargers but u are a youngster u can duy a new mustang but u can also have dodge challenger or a corvette or a chevy camaro

There's no comparison, The Charger,

First I like having a solid frame under me not a piece of stamped metal,

And with the Charger there plenty of room for any size engine not so in the mustang, Like a friends 429 California Special Mustang that he almost had to pull the engine to change spark plugs, and the Charger is more user friendly, much easyer to work on, parts for the body would be alot easyer to find if not for the Dukes of Hazzard, and Dirty Mary and Crazy Larry, but you can still find anything you need, and if your lucky to find one with the pistol grip shifter, and as for rear ends the Dana 60, with 411 or 456 gears can really put a smile on your face, and last that big back seat for those nights at the Drive In, It just doesnt get any better then that.

If you are a new driver then none of those!

If you can handle muscle cars then the Charger!

you could easily crash the mustang when its raining!

i personally am in love with dodge, so hands down a charger.  they are beautiful cars, especially about thirty or forty years ago.  but thats just me.  although, if you are talking about newer...still a charger.  they are still sick cars.

old- charger def, rarer

new- depends, u rollin in dough, then a charger wit a big engine. less cash, mustang will give you more bang for the buck. good choices though. I think a both are great first cars.

mustangs are good cars but they are not even as nearly fast as a charger. plus the chargers aerodynamic design makes it look totally amazing the old ones are faster because they usually put out at least 6 liters with a 440 mag(375 peak horseys) or if youre loaded try a 426 hemi(425 peak horseys) compared to the economic 08 charger with 2.7 liter v6(lets not mention the horseys on that) if you have money but will be using it alot for driving then the 08, but if its a once a week thing for showing off then the 69 r/t is perfect for you =]
