Dodge grand caravan 3.8 power steering?

Question

I recently had the pulley on my power steering break also causing the belt to shred. I fixed and replaced everything myself and now that it is all put back together the stiff metal hose is leaking where it connects to the pump. Any special directions to make sure this is put on the right way? A friend said it had to be in all the way and very tight and i have it pretty dang tight.

you need to wrap that fitting with thread seal tape to insure it doesn't leak,that's probably why its leaking a small amount,try taking it back off and wrapping it with good seal tape that will make it not leak,they tighten up pretty tight but don't over tighten it or it may strip out,good luck.
