Doe NHS pay for a baby's circumcision due to religious beliefs? If not how much does it cost privately?

Not sure if it pays or not but as far as the cost goes, I live in Tennessee and the doctor that I am seeing charges $300 for a circumcision.

It only pays for circumcision that are done for true medical reasons, which are rare.

No it's not covered, you will have to pay yourself.

No it isn't a necessary procedure.  It is actually quite damaging.  You should research it before you do it.  Religious reasons aren't a good reason to mutilate someone.
