Doen't power up with 2.5" hard drives

Question

When connecting a 2.5" hard drive as the master (source) the duplicator doesn't power up.That means that when you turn on the duplicator you don'teven get the LCD showing the opening display greeting message.We made sure that the source drive was set as Master.We found a work around but I'm not satisfied with it; We turned on the unit with the source drive outside and only when the duplicator started to search for the master we then inserted the bay back and could start the copy process.Any help how to work normally with the duplicator is appreciated.Eyal LapushinShunra Software
