  2. I have done some research on your question and I think you should drink more that 2% of milk because milk contain many nutrient that are need by our body! Milk contain a substance (organic molecule) whose presence is crucial to the normal every day life function. Accordingly the daily requirements for the vitamin must be met through regular dietary intake of appropriate quantities of the vitamin(s). There are two general chemical categories of vitamins based on their solubility: water soluble vitamins (the B vitamins and others) and fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K).lastly, although milk contain such substance but it should be taken with a proper intake.  

  3. i was watching a show on food network the other day and the lady said less-fat milk has more nutrients....can't remember why really but she explained it n it seemed legit.
