Does'nt Russia own a bunch of our debt?

With the recent tensions what kinda of leverage do they have? What harm can they cause if they call it in. Can they sell it to someone even friendly?

They have nukes, and are in the process with the us of dismantlement of the cold war arsenal, so if we act, they say fine we no stop making nukes, and could cause WWIII+ they are rich, from oil price ++++ we are weak, with our military in Iraq we cant support Georgia or anything else really
