  1. Most doctors count from your LMP as the large majority of women don't actually know when conception occurred.  But, each doctor is different, so I would check with yours to find out exactly when they are counting from.

  2. they go by your lmp as the exact date of conception is hard to find out

  3. Its is from your LMP, if you have a normal 28 day cycle you can calculate your conception date by adding 2 weeks to your LMP date.  I had an early ultrasound at 5 weeks and 6 days and that was from my LMP

  4. If it's from LMP, the baby would still not be visible. You would only see the amniotic sac.. It's too early.. If it's from conception, the baby would be visible already as a tiny peanut.. Im guessing they mean from LMP.

  5. I am pretty sure it means from your LMP

unless you know the exact date of when you got pregnant

  6. doctors go from your lmp to work out how far gone you are, so 6 weeks gestation is from your last period

  7. From the day of conception.

So the day you got pregnant you were concidered two weeks pregnant.

  8. If it is from your doctor they count from your LMP
