Does 802.11n work with a/b/g as well?

I am getting a new computer that has an 802.11n wireless card (built in) and I was wondering if it will work with my current internet. My home network has 802.11g and I don't want to buy a new router if I don't have too.

Hi, the 802.11n will work in all environments.

Yes they are backwards compatible. But you wont get the most out of your new wireless card.
