Does A Death Or Paranormal Activity Have To Be Disclosed To A Prospective Home Buyer?

If a seller and/or Realtor is selling a home.

And it has had a natural death or a violent death involved.

Or unexplained paranormal activity in it.

Does a prospective buyer have a LEGAL right to know about this?

  1. Absolutely.  The owner is required to disclose such things to the realtor and prospective buyers and there is a form to attach to the sales contract.


  2. Not unless they ask about it.  

  3. Only violent death need be disclosed. Natural death does not need to be disclosed.

    when i was prego we paid to hold the house we wanted,turned out a little boy blew himself up in the closet{4yr. old} when i asked if somone died in there.never got refunded for later turning down the place.

  6. Yes they should.  It is only right!  If I moved into my apartment or when I just bought my house, I had asked the realtor if anyone has died in the apartment or house, I needed to know.
