lol every video card has a pixel shader . but check this out http://reviews.cnet.com/graphics-cards/a...  but if u still cant find out try a video game that requires pixel shader 3.0 and if it works u got 3.0 or 4.0 and if u have one of these its ok.

The Radeon 7000, also and previously known as Radeon VE, has a pixel shader in compliance with DirectX 8, but many games that require DirectX 9 (which you could install) won't run on cards below the Radeon 9000 (maybe the 8500) due to updates in pixel shader technology, amongst other things.
