I just got a sample bottle of this weight loss Acai Berry. Has anyone tried it? Does it work? Should i be aware of anything?

Oh, please note: I have a good diet and exercise daily. This is a booster. I am not one of those women who magically want to lose 100 lbs over night with no exercise. So please no fat jokes!! lol

Thanks

  1. No it doesn't do anything esp. for those who eat right.  I eat a balanced diet and a friend gave us a bottle, not cheap, but it do anything and it tastes awful I thought.

He claimed it cured his dad of cancer, don't think so.  I wish.

  2. I drink this health juice called monavie which also has the acai berry ingredients in it. I do know the acai berry is rich in nutrients such as antioxidants, phytonutrients, essential fatty acids, amino acids, vitamins and minerals, complex carbohydrates, dietary fiber and trace minerals. I know people who drinked it and have actually lost weight. For me, (i'm not fat) it's definitely an energy booster and vitamins supplement for me. I know you just started drinking acai berry but, try monavie also and maybe compare which product might fit your diet best. If you want to know where to get the juice, email me and I can help because it's not sold in stores. I hope this helped :)

  3. Hey, yeah..  the acai berry stuff is really good for you!  I got a free trial of the extreme one from http://ultraacaiberry.com/y/ and it has been awesome so far.  Just take the acai supplement and combine with exercise and a reasonable diet and you will feel the difference for sure!  I have been taking it since I got my free trial for like 3 weeks or so and I can feel my increased energy and I am starting to lose weight!

  4. yes it does... you can research the acai and the acai pills here

    reviews of acaiberry power 500

    white tea acai

    acai dietslim and more

you can also try http://www.trislimultra.com which is hoodia, acai berry and white tea.  all natural

  5. It sounds like you are already set up with a healthy eating plan and exercising.  This is the best plan in the long run.  Supplements are just that, supplements.  They are not magic pills.  You might notice a slight difference, but I wouldn't count on them.
