Does Air Alert 4 really work?

I've heard people say that Air Alert 2 or 3 gives knee problems, leg problems or that you're vertical will only increase 2.5-3 inches.

But will the new improved Air Alert 4 be any different?

  1. How is anyone supposed to predict that unless they're the writers of air alert?

    Air Alert uses only bodyweight training. It is false for the website to guarantee such amazing gains, because training should be designed to fit an athlete's abilities. It is possible that plyos could get you great gains if you already have a good strength base built up and lack explosiveness and elastic strength. But if that is not the case, than air alert or any plyometric program will not be very effective. Read this http://offto.net/jumpjump/ There are better programs than air alert.  


  2. I do not know much about Air Alerts but I would avoid them necause you do not want blow out your knee or hurt your leg which could affect your basketball career.
